Abergele Martyrs

This July marked 40 yrs since two of Cymru's sons died whilst on active duty

This site is dedicated to them.....

The first rememberance event was on saturday 27th June in Abergele where Wreaths were laid following a procession of black flags to the graves

Following there was a gathering at Caernarfon castle on the 1st July with the emphasis on the theme "No English Prince of Wales"

Someone  suggested that on the night of the 30th of June people lit two candles and let them burn out until the morning. This was a fitting way to remember them! (thank you for your suggestion -you know who you are)
